About/History

Ungarra Primary School is a small, vibrant rural school located among broad acre farming properties 80km north of Port Lincoln.  At Ungarra Primary School we pride ourselves on being able to cater for the individual needs of our students via small class sizes and well-resourced classrooms.  The school is typically divided into two classes; R-3 and 4-7.  Teachers in these classrooms provide quality differentiation for the varied needs of all learners.

At Ungarra Primary School we have strong focus on both literacy and numeracy.  We offer our students a learning program that provides intellectual stretch for all learners.  Our curriculum is complemented with STEM and The Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program.
